Tap Necroskitter to deal 1 damage and put a -1/-1 counter. Next turn during your upkeep destroy that creature and steal it, untap Necroskitter and tap it again putting another -1/-1 counter, THEN the untap step, tap Necroskitter and put another -1/-1 counter. Next turn destroy both creatures  and steal them both. Repeat every turn getting you 2 free creatures a turn.

A quick question.

Lets say he uses this on an Eldrazi and when it goes to the graveyard it triggers the shuffle this car and graveyard back into the library and it triggers the when the creature goes into the graveyard it is returned to play under your control.

Which triggers first and what happens?

It'll keep coming into play but it'll be sick each time.
