Turn 4: Living Plane

Turn 5: land

Turn 6: Baloth Woodcrasher

Turn 7: Ghostway. Use Rite of Consumption to sac the Baloth.

Would you be able to sac the Baloth Woodcrasher at the end of the turn? If not, use Rampaging Baloths at the end of your opponents turn.

As another unrelated question, could you tap the lands for mana after Ghostway? Read Living Plane carefully before answering.

No you can not  tap your lands for mana after ghostaway, once a permanent leaves play and then it returns it is considered a new object, and since your lands are creatures they will have summoning sickness like it was the first time brought into play.

also you can not cast rite of consumption after shostway because it is a sorcery which can only be played during a main phase, since you are going another color anyway you can add red and use soul's fire. and if your adding red, add something to give your creatures haste, which would allow your lands to tap for mana.

I don't really understand what you want the Baloth Woodcrasher for.
If it's just to sacrifice it with Rite of Consumption (sorcery) you'd have to do that in one of the Main Phases so it would deal only 4 damage for a lot of mana. Not worth it.
It's Landfall ability is until EoT, and your lands would come back at EoT so the Baloth get's trample and +28/+28 and immediately looses it.

I think giving haste to your lands turned into man lands, won't let you tap'em for mana in the same turn they come in. Living Plane text speciffically says: "They may not be tapped for mana the first turn they are brought into play"
Haste would let you attack with them, and use any other ability those lands might have but not tap'em ofr mana. However, consulting Oracle ti see current card text and erratas might be a good idea.

Other than that I'm either not understanding the combo or understanding it wrong, but i believe it works just fine without the Baloth Woodcrasher. On turn 7 you'd be attacking with at least 6 beast tokens 4/4. Possibly with more stuff too.

I was meaning to use Ghostway after your opponent's combat step to make a bunch of 4/4 tokens, then attack with the tokens next turn.
