Quillspike strikes again! Okay here's a fun combo me and a friend came up with. First get all three cards in play. Sacrifice Murderous redcap to phyrexian altar and choose to add green or black to your mana pool, Murderous redcap persists, and due to his come into play ability deals one damage to target creature or player, because of the -1/-1 counter placed on him when he persists. Next use the green or black mana to use quillspike's ability to remove the -1/-1 counter from murderous redcap. Now you've got the persist combo ready to go again and again and again, and well you get the picture.

hehe, better yet, when he comes back into play he puts an ability on the stack to deal the damage. Respond to this ability by removing the -1/-1 counter, then let his ability resolve. This will let him deal 2 damage instead of 1.

I know, doubling an infinite combo isn't too notable, but still fun.
