You will need the sapphire medallion in play, as well as the cloudstone curio.
Now when you play the faeries for one blue mana you will get to untap two blue and because of the cloudstone you can return it to your hand and play it again. Same thing for the Drake , but that requires a bit more mana.

very nice so many possiblities to abuse this as well, add krakens eye get inifinite life, genisis chamber to get infite creatures, not to mention this is an easy way to build your storm count. 

just 1 thing you need two cloud of faries, you can not bounce the one that just came into play (notice the word "another" on cloudstone)

You could also use the Ravnica lands which tap for 2 mana, or enchantments like fertile ground etc. to get more mana.

Good base for a combo :)
