Does anyone know of any other way of doing something along these lines in Blue or Black im trying to be able to remove from battle field and put it back on demand like i can with flicker.

Use turn to mist in place of flicker. Also since its an instant you can stick it

Venser isnt good for that!

You want cards like mistmeadow witch, momentary blink, voyager staff, ghostway, otherworldly journey, liberate, galepowder mage, flickerwisp, planar guide, and the ALL NEW sudden disappearance!
