Not sure, it would depend on whether or not you have to bury dreadnought immediatly after he enters play.

it should work, and what's more, for another green and colorless, when it comes back into play at the end of turn you can sac it to the ooze garden again.

Phyrexian Drednaught puts a triggered ability on the stack when it comes into play. You can respond to that ability by sacrificing it to the ooze garden to put a 12/12 creature into play. If you have Lifeline in play at that time, he comes back into play at the end of turn step, putting another triggered ability on the stack. Sacrifice the drednaught to the ooze garden again and get another 12/12 creature.

I'd reckon, no. the dreadnought's coming-into-play has not resolved until you decide to sac creatures or bury him. I'd say you'd have to resolve that first before you could do anything else. in essence, he's still a spell and not a creature until it's resolved. and you can't sac a spell.

It wont work. You cant play the Ooze ability not as an instant. So you have to bury the 12/12 before it gets into the game !

correct.  the Ooze's ability is only playable at sorcery speed (no matter what other tricks you do) therefore, this wont work. sorry :(
