this doesnt work that way. all your doing is giving ur opponents creatures 0+/1+ nothing else. Changling isnt being given to any of the creatures thats just what the card is. if you wanted this to work u would need to run standardize then bounce or kill ur hazezon tamar.

ya it does, the shield says that creatures target player controls gain all creature types, and the +0/+1 , you do have to bounce of kill hazezon, but you do exile all of someones creatures

You need to read the card!
"And gains all creature types until end of turn"
All creature types includes sand people!
