you can figure it out all

you need to do is see that u have a way to make the for mana u need to get rid of him at the beginning of each of your turns

I wouldn't put the last green one into play, I'd just pop it during my opponent's upkeep and remove his ability to use lands then slowly whack him to death with my creature. lol
