With Nucklavee in play, play Cruel Ultimatum. When it resolves, cast Momentary Blink targeting Nucklavee. Momentary Blink resolves to the graveyard, then you use the triggered ability of Nucklavee coming into play to grab both the Ultimatum and Momentary Blink back to your hand.

wait, nucklavee says you may return a blue instant and a red sorcery to your hand. momentary blink is white. just gotta swap out the blink for a blue version.

ahh, good catch! Guess in order for it to be repeatable in the same turn, you'd need Painter's Servant to make it blue.
