Play Seismic Assault. Play Selective Memory to get rid of all your non-land permanents. Then, play Treasure Hunt to draw all your lands. Seismic Assault lets you discard all your lands for ultimate damage.

You have now won the game with nothing left. (^_^)

Blood Oath in response to the resolve of Treasure Hunt (you'd have all your lands in your hand)

You could always discard all your lands in response to the Blood Oath.

You sure you can do that? Cause The text reads "discard a land" not "discard X lands" so you have to discard them one by one. mmm ok but each discard would go to the stack... then comes blood oath wich also goes to the stack, and then you keep discarding one by one in response, so by the time the stack begins resolving... ayup. yer right. blood oath can't make it bounce back to you... definately nice combo.
