play the top for free, tap, draw a card, return top to library and play for free again...

throw in some endles turn combos or cheap arttifacts with storm count for

This is good but look up the combo "Magus Fortuneteller". It used Crystal Ball instead of Divining Top.

Ok Mechanist I don't think you get it. There's a HUGE difference between what your combo did and what this one does. Your submission allows you to move around the top two cards in case you can't play the top one revealed with Magus. That's really more of synergy. This one on the other hand gives you a hugh storm counter, as well as infinite draw to get the card that abuses storm.

The only thing that I'll recommend to this combo is to possibly replace Cloud Key with Helm of Awakening. Sure it may help out your opponent too but if you are going to have your library to cast, you might want EVERYTHING to cost less. Etherium sculptor could be used too if you want to keep the cost discount to just your artifacts.

Needless to say, Spellbook should be thrown in here.

Only Divining Top is banned. My combo was an alternative to Divining Top.

I know but this isn't a legacy combo. It's a modern TIMED combo. And the cards are too old to be played in Extended/Standard.

And I see this all the time in EDH decks, particularly Arcum Dagsson, or blue EDH decks with massive draw capabilities for combo pieces.
