This is a twist on Jwrights\' combo. Only this version destroys lands too.

or you could run a darksteel forge and a march of the machines. that plus mycosynth is destroy all opponents  lands.

What is the Lattice for? The lands are already sacrificed after playing Reins!

@Starship: All lands including own lands go to the graveyard since they are 0/0. Being indestructible does not prevent this. You would need a clorious anthem or similar to let it work.

It took me awhile to understnad why he included Lattice. (I believe) that he meant it for being able to pay for Renounce after playing Reins. You would switch out your lands, and get your opponents lands, so Mechanist thought that if your opponent wasn't playing white then you couldn't do it. It's unecessary though because you can just put the necessary mana in your mana pool before you play Reins.

Okay I'll explain. Living Plane turns all creatures into lands so that when make the swap it'll do lands too and you can sac their lands too. Mycosynth is in here because AFTER the swap you won't have YOUR lands anymore and chances are it your opponent could be playing red or black therefore AFTER the swap you'll have Swamps or Mountains therefore being mana screwed.

So you really only added one card, and it was just a slight addendum (albeit helpful) to a recent combo. I don't know if you really needed to make another combo submission though, you could've just mentioned in the other one that Living Plane would get rid of lands as well.

you could add gaia's anthem or glorious anthem, then starships idea would work
