Replace Swamp by any of your favorite sac engine; altar for infinite mana, fallen angel for big creature ...

1) have all three out, sac the Redcap for any effect, stack the both triggers of its persist and undying and return Redcap to the battlefield for 2 damage.

The Redcap will return with -1/-1 counter if persist resolved first or with +1/+1 if undying resolved first (also see http://draw3cards.com/questions/7531/what-happens-to-a-creature-if-it-has-both-persist-and-undying)

2) Sac the Redcap again, stack persist and undying the other way, it will enter battlefield for the other reason doing 2 damage again.

3) repeat step 1-2) as much as you want.

When I saw undying I was in awww at how insane this could easily be made, and persist was the first thing to come to mind

use carrion feeder for infinite damage and to make it cheaper

Its already infinite damage! Putting anything else in there doesnt do much! Infinite mana doesnt help you if you just won the game!
