A bit mana intensive to get Ink-Treader Nephilim out, but recent sets have helped more than a bit. Once he's out, (probably on the next turn), toss out a Natural Affinity (or similar spell/ability) to make all lands creatures, then follow it up with Threaten (or "similiar" card) on the Nephilim.

Nephilim's ability copies the spell for as many creatures are out there, with each copy targeting one of them. End result is your control of every creature and land until end of turn, untapped and hasted, usually with enough combined power to deal lethal to every other play on the board.


And if you're really crazy/desparate, switch out the Threaten with Electrolyze, Lightning Helix, etc...
