Once you hit 5 mana, and have some creature that can always deal combat damage (Jhessian Infiltrator comes to mind, but anything unblockable will work), then Nature's Will will untap your lands allowing you to then use Aggravated Assault's ability – and then go into combat, untap your lands, and repeat.

I have yet to come up with a good way to pull the deck off, but if anyone has any insight, I'd love to hear it.

Hmmm...well here goes an attempt at insight. Use some creatures that are unblockable, like jhessian infiltrator, metathran wizard, or escape artist. It wouldn't be too difficult to put blue in a deck that has green, du to cards like rampant growth, birds of paradise, and fertile ground. Also blue has good card drawing so you could get to the cards you need faster. Another thing to consider is running just silhana ledgewalkers with invert the skies comes to mind.

thundermare would work if there is nothing up your opponents sleeve.

Thorn Elemental? deals it's damage directly to opponent as though it wasn't blocked.
