Have all these out. Tap Culling Dais to sac a Retriever, Dross Scorpion untaps it, tap it again to sac the other Retriever, Dross Scorpion untaps it, get both Retrievers back to your hand, recast them for free and do this over and over building counters on Culling Dais.

Plus you can switch out Culling Dais for Throne of Geth to make it infinite proliferation.

I use both combos in my mono blue artifact deck.

Ok so why does everyone know the two myr retrieves and a dross scorpion combo, almost every time we get a new user on this site, at least one shows up.

Was it like featured in a starter deck or something, it is as well known as channel-fireball.

Im not sure EXACTLY, but i think it would at least be defined by a lack of dross scorpions, myr retrievers, enduring renewals, and intruder alarms!
