Pretty much target a creature with Icy Manipulator and Harobi destroys it.

Variations of this combo have been posted hundreds of times on this website. Not only that, but they accomplish the same thing in a much more expedient manner and cost less mana...

This is barely even a combo...
It is just one of many ways to activate Horobi's ability...
