Have out a Spreading Plague and Prototype Portal with Transguild Courier imprinted onto it, make a Courier and kill all creatures during each of your turns.
Plus you can throw in 2 Palladium Myrs and Unwinding Clock so you can do it during your opponent's turn.

Alternatively, instead of the Transguild Courier (which will destroy basically every creature on the field), you can use a
Glaze Fiend
imprinted on the Prototype Portal, then
Touch of Darkness
on an
Isochron Scepter
. That'll take down any creatures your opponents have while sparing yours (if you're playing a deck of primarily a different color).

My suggestion based on what I play with the plague...
it gives the colorless color
Though now thinking about it darkest hour would keep it mono colored and would work fine for your purpose
