OK, you'll need lots of mana for this one, so try to go infinite (Myr Galvanizer, Palinchron, what have you). You enchant an opponent's creature,equip the Staff to Ramses, then kill it with Ramses. The death of said creature will trigger the Staff, and untap Ramses. It will return to play on your side of the field, and the Demise will go to your hand. (Pro tip: use your infinite mana to do this again. And again.)
