Ramses Overdark was always my favorite of the original legendary creatures.  Here are a few classic cards that were fun to play with him.  Creature Bond was a card that didn't get used much back in the day amongst the people I played with, but it worked great with Ramses Overdark.  Funeral March gave you a 2 for 1.  I realize that this is more of a "synergy" post than an actual combo, but it's still fun.

 I was thinking of making an EDH deck with him as my commander.  PinkiePie had previously posted the use of Fool's Demise with him, which works great too.  I'll need to research some more fun Aura cards to put in the deck.  (I'm open to suggestions if you have any)

A good alternative to Creature Bond would be Banewasp Affliction that way it stays mono black. Another fun card to add would be Yoke of the Damned.

Yeah, both of those could work, especially Banewasp Affliction.  Ramses Overdark is both Black and Blue, so by default I wouldn't need to worry about going mono black.  Plus if I do an EDH deck, I'll need as many of these types of cards as I can find to create the right deck synergy since it's 100 card singleton format.  Cutting out Creature Bond wouldn't be necessary.  Thanks for the card suggestions!

And maybe Spreading Plague depending on how creature heavy your deck is.

Necrotic Ooze would be fun.  Too bad Ramses doesn't hit the graveyard in EDH, the ooze could act as a back-up.  Should be plenty of other creatures in graveyards to borrow abilities from however.  Maybe I'll consider a standard 60 card deck instead?  It's just harder to base an entire deck around a single card that way.

Spreading Plague is fun, but it can be a little dangerous in a multi-color deck/mulit-player game.  I like to stick that in colorless/artifact decks so that I don't get the backlash.
