Prince Destroys. Prince brings back. A spell was technicaly palyed from a graveyard. You draw a card. Simple.

Sorry, I don't think this will work...

Prince of Thralls says that whenever a permanent an oppenent controls is put into a graveyard, then do the rest of its effect...

Also, Prince of Thralls says to put into play, not play it... Sorry.

I think it will work. When a permanent an opponent controls is put in the graveyard they get the choice of losing 3 life or giving it to you. If they give it to you it triggers River Kelpie's ability stating "Whenever River Kelpie or another permanent is put into play from a graveyard, draw a card." This, however, does not trigger his second ability that says "Whenever a spell is played from a graveyard, draw a card." because Twilightwolf90 is correct, a spell wasn't played from the graveyard, a triggered ability PUT A CARD (not played) in the graveyard into play.

So, this gives your opponent the new choice of lose 3 life or give you the card and a draw.
