Have 3 Vedalken Infuser in play.  Every upkeep put 3 charge counters on the Scepter.  Use it.  Get a new upkeep and repeat.

This WOULD work but the chances of drawing all three Infusers are slim. Go and combos and type in  Magistrate's Sceptor. You'll find easier ways to abuse it. Also a better alternative to Vedalken Infuiser is Energy Chamber. It costs 1 less, is colorless and will also let you put a +1/+1 counter on an artifact creature instead.

this combo has been posted many times. nothing new here! maybe not with three infusers but scepter and infuser has been posted.

The chances of having 3 infusers are slim, but if you fill your deck with crap like clone, phyrexian metamorph, phantasmal image, sakashima the impostor, body double, vesuvan doppelganger and such, you only need 1!

Just search Magistrate Sceptre up top right and I'm sure you'll find the answers you seek.
