I see how it works. With all three in play, equip Runed Stalactite to Seeker of Skybreak to make it all creature types (including merfolk). Tap Seeker of Skybreak targeting himself, he untaps and because he's a merfolk, gain the life. You're now reset to do it again.

I tink it doesnt work.

Look at the ability stack.

1. You tap the elf to untap someone
2. You gain life

not gain life an then untap himself.

But it would work perfectly with two of those elves

It will work fine.. because it is an effect... No target legalities involved except for shroud and protections...
