Speaking of birthdays I just so happen to be at the hospital with my new son! Can't make it to FNM tonight for obvious reasons but definitely plan to use this combo when I return.

My wife brought up a good point; the 2nd part of the Wurm's ability, it wouldn't work, would it? The lands go to the graveyard as land cards, not creature.

No, they are still creatures and still trigger enter the graveyard triggers. (For sure)

It's only after the stack resolves that it stops being a creature. (To my knowledge)
