use isochron on regrowth.
get heartstone, voltaic construct, and palladium myr down for twogun's infinite mana combo.
get the stations. play memnite, crack it for 1 of the stations, with isochron get it back to your hand.
then, with the infinite mana use construct to untap all artifacts you used.
repeat.

not unless you make the eye a creature, so you'll need karns touch or something of the like.
though if you want to keep it 3 cards you can use karns touch, the construct, and basalt monolith
|
|
|
|
