Three alternatives:

If you can add a Darksteel forge, is good. But mana costly. I prefer something else.

If you want to return your cards in your hand, save a blue mana for a "Retract". Good solution.

With a "cauldron of souls", you can put your creatures back in play with a -1/-1 counter on them.

Try the Forge, Lattice, and Nevynral's disk together. The Disk destroys enchants, creatures, and artifacts. But since everything (including land) is an artifact you just tap the disk to wipe it all out! Snag some Fabricate cards to help get the pieces to this combo in your hand faster!
