Have these out and  tap the Lotus and the Scepter and a land to put a counter on it use Tezzeret to untap them and tap them and another land again and put a second counter on it.  End your turn during  their untap phase untap the Lotus and the Scepter tap them and a land to put a third counter on the Sceptor. During your next turn tap the Scepter and remove the counters and take an extra turn. Do this every turn to take 2 turns instead of 1.

I thought you could only use a Planeswalker's ability on your turn like a Sorcery.

Sorry Darth. I forgot to say that Unwinding Clock untaps the Scepter and the Lotus.
