Heartstone doesn't need to tap.

Myr tap for two

Construct untaps for two (but heartstone's static effect reduces it to one)

Actually, Voltaic Construct is used just the right amount.

P.S.

To untap a permanent, just turn it from sideways position to its portrait position...

the picture goes landscape to portrait, the card goes portrait to landscape.
