with
Snowfall
a pair of
High Tide
s
out to generate
. Activate the
Isochron Scepter
(with
Twiddle
imprinted upon it) and use the
Izzet
Guildmage
's blue ability (each ability only costing one mana apiece thanks to
Training Grounds
and
Power Artifact
). Generate three mana, spend two to reset the combo; repeat as necessary.

a. very well done.
b. since the extra mana can only be used for culumative upkeeps, it makes it rather unweildy

lol, no worries, we've all missed the fine print from time to time. heck, i tr to read cards 3 times and still miss stuff.
