start by playing sculpting steel while sharuum is on the field. have sculpting steel enter play as a copy of sharuum, and when they die you use the scultpting steal's sharuum ability and return the second one to play, and then repeat this infinitely. with cards like disciple of the vault or essence warden out, it results in an infinite opponent loss of life and you gain infinite life.

Wouldn't the legend rule destroy both the original Sharuum and it's copy?

Yes, thats why it works! Legend rule is state based, so they both die before the ability resolves, then the ability resolves, so you bring back sharuru, bring back steel,and repeat!

My friend uses Sharuum for EDH... I got Thada Adel out before he could start his shenanigans and he didn't have any removal so I just stole combo piece after combo piece... hehe...

It works with Phyrexian metamorph as well. I had thought this had been posted already but guess not. it's certainly a great combo.
