Skip your draw step. Whenever you discard a card, exile that card from your graveyard. Pay 1 life: Exile the top card of your library face down. Put that card into your hand at the beginning of your next end step.

use the necropotence to get a bunch of cards during your end step. discard them all to the mongrel and fling it for 20 or something like that.

is using yawgmoth's bargin a better deal?

yawgmoths bargain is better but then you cant play in legacy and in vintage you can only run one of them and u would have to splash white to tutor it up with enlightened tutor cause all the other really good tutor cards are restricted in vintage. also u wouldnt be able to play with necropotence in legacy either so its great for a kitchen top play deck but you wouldnt be able to run any tournaments with it but if u do replace the necro with a minds aglow and squandered resources.  This way all you need out on the field is 3 lands a forest mountain and a duel land that can produce either island or swamp or both at the same time.
