One of the biggest problems with the herald of leshrac is eventually you run out of land to steal, so use the bazaar trader to stall the inevitable put followed footsteps on the trader so you can use them to control how long you hold the herald

You can always use Power conduit to remove the age counters on herald of leshrac then convert it into an advantage, convert it into a +1/+1 counter.. Cool right?

If don't know, payment for the cumulative upkeep is based on the number of age counters on that permanent, in this case Herald of Leshrac. If you can decrease the number of age counters on Herald of Leshrac, you can exploit Herald of Leshrac's Power.

Yup, in the current wording, cumulative upkeep uses Age counters. You can remove them to pay less with counter manipulation (e.g. Chisei)

However, the ability that adds an age counter also makes you pay, so you will always have to pay it at least once each turn (you can't use a non-mana ability during the resolution of another ability)

That is why there is a bazaar trader in there if your opponent is running out of lands.. then give 1 land back...

I think you need to add zuran orb to this.  so when the hearld dies nothing goes back.
