Have out Derelor then use Bazaar trader's abiliaty then once they have it use mind bend to change it to a color of mana they don't have or the color of the deck

Im sorry this doesnt work. a mana symbol is different then the text "black mana". I checked the oracle text on the card and it still had a mana symbol. So if you had a card that was the same but said "black mana" or "must pay an extra swamp" it would work.

plus itd only work if the opponent had a black deck since it says 'black spells'

You can use the Mind Bend to change the word 'Black' in it's ability.
e.g. if you are going up against a mono-white deck, change black to white.
'Your white spells cost (B) more to play' - assuming they have no way of getting rid of the Derelor already on the board, and they have no way of generating black mana, locks them out of spells for the rest of the game.
You could also add the Leeches (e.g. Alabaster Leech) for different mana colours, e.g. when you are up against a black deck.
But yes, you can't change the mana symbol in this way, just the colour word.
