First, summon Devoted Druid, then enchant with presence of Gond. Finally play coat of arms and the counters on the druid wont be a problem because she keeps getting powered up by the elves she keeps producing

Because Devoted Druid is an elf, and makes elves through tapping, each one she makes makes her bigger. Because she gets bigger, she can untap herself to reset for the ability.

Also helps if you have Heritage Druid so you can use all the new elves for mana. And Flourishing Defenses doubles elf output,

Alpha Status is even better since it provides a bonus of +2/+2 which enables you for infinite green mana. The devoted druid can be untapped now twice, once for tapping via presence of gond and once via its own {T}:Add {g} ability.
