Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card, exile it. Then that player copies each instant or sorcery card exiled with this enchantment. For each copy, the player may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Step 1: Eye of the Storm
Step 2: Time Warp (extra turn)
Step 3:Play Lightning bolt (extra turn)
Step 4:Play Burning wish to get back Time Warp (choose target for L.B's 3 damage) (extra turn)
Step 5: Play Time warp and use Burning Wish's copy to get B.W. itself back (L.B. goes off) (extra turn)
Step 6: B.W. to get Time Warp back (L.B.)(extra turn)
Step 7: repeat step 5 and 6 until everyone/everything that you want to kill is dead.

Errata on EotS says that the spell that sets it off is removed, but the EotS triggered ability gives you a copy of said spell (along with all the others), which means you get to choose the order of all the spells.

Expensive(ingame and IRL) but one heck of a ride!

Eye of the Storm and the wishes are always a good match, you almost don't even need infinite turns as long as you can generate an infinite mana source.

Unfortunatly the new rules of exile drive this combo of course.
