NOTE: Painter's Servant is not in the Card Database so I substituted Scuttlemutt which does the same thing but far less effectively.
With Painter's Servant in play having chosen Green as the color, play Hurkyl's Recall at the end of your opponents turn. This will bounce all cards in play including lands to owner's hand. Because your opponent has declared the end of their turn, all they can do is float mana and play things that have flash or are instant. Otherwise, they need to discard.

The only use I've found for this so far is an Affinity deck because you can play out most of the cards when they go back to your hand. This will give you a big card advantage.
