Yes, it's infinite—it's basically Guilty Conscience and Stuffy Doll, but with three cards instead of two.

Since I always screw up when I talk about the rules, I'll ask first:

Is the game still a draw in case of an infinite loop (like in this combo)?

Its only a draw if your opponent can survive infinite damage ie angel's grace a shrouded platinum angel/emperion

yeah you'll win the game. having 0 life is a state based action which is checked constantly. here are the rules for clarity:

704.2. State-based actions are checked throughout the game and are not controlled by any player.


704.5a. If a player has 0 or less life, he or she loses the game.
