Draw and discard, with the discards going on the bottom, to completely organize your deck! (Dont run any eldrazi, blightsteel, or proggie!)

Pretty good, but this really isn't "stacking the deck", it just lets you find the card you want. If you don't have any cards in your hand when you use this, you'll just be moving cards from the top of your library to the bottom. Don't get me wrong, it's still quite useful, but at most you'll probably only be moving cards within 7 spaces of where they were originally.

They can be 7 away from their old spot the first time you go through, and the second time you go through they can be 7 away from THERE! When you keep going through you can actually completely stack it!

Yeah Captain is right, but you can run cards with shuffle back effects (legendary eldrazi, etc.) because WoS&M puts them on the bottom instead of going to the graveyard.

would`'t it be better to play mono blue with laboratory maniac in the library?

with Mind Over Matter and Azami, Lady of Scrolls in the battlefield, 2u open mana and no eldrazi or other stuff in the lib makes instant win...

yes, but if you have no cards in your library (because you are about to cast laboratory maniac) and an opponent mills you, you lose. and LM isn't in the database.

I disagree.
In the comprehensive rules as of September 30, 2011, #104.3a-k, I don't find a loss condition founded by dropping the library. Only drawing less card than are left in the lib would caue the loss of the game, but this is replaced by the win condition of lab maniac.

So I use Azami and Mind over Matter to draw the Maniac, empty the stack and play the Maniac. Then, I tap / draw / discard / untap until the lib is empty and win the game.

I assume that the deck would have more than 2 wizards inside, therefore I assume that it is much more probable that I respond to a mill effect on the stack with additional draw effects. So it is pretty likely that I win the game.

Additions might be: Teferi, Archivist, or any other wizard which let you draw a card (if someone terminates my  maniac or azami)...

And yes, I also combine combo with cards not in this database, but remembering some hermit druid combos, lab maniac has been suggested many times!-)

I would suggest playing Laboratory Maniac before you mill your library.

It might be a good idea.

^^^
That!

Also if you replace azami with temple bell you can mill everyone!
