for mana purposes you shouldnt kick unstable footing
turn A: unstable footing + windstrom + earthquake; unavoidable damage to all creatures and players
turn B: stream of life to regain yourself

Nasty, just hope your opponent doesn't burn you out before you can regain your life!
Although, Windstorm doesn't damage players - I think you're thinking of Hurricane. (or Squall Line or Fault Line, there's a bunch - http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?text=+[%22x%20damage%20to%20each%22] )

oh by plkayers i was just referring to earthquake but hurricane would work 2 as long as your opponent has less life then you do (which should be easy with a red/green deck) hehehe
