Viola infinite damage swap pandemonium for various things to get what you need.

Add Mirror Gallery if you want infinite creatures

How does this work?

I assume you are turning the Shako into a creature and putting the Presence of Gond on it, and using the Leyline to make everything Legendary.

Anyway, once you are done tapping your legendary permanents (which can include the Pandemonium and the Presence!) you will run out of ability to untap.

You can make one elf token and use it to untap the Shako. However, when you make the next token, the 'Legend' rule kicks in and puts them both in your graveyard. This happens immediately so you can't tap the new token in response.
