And/or Deathtouch. Also, Granite Grip is less color intensive.

I'm a fan of the Claws of Valakut. It gives the goblin a duel effect as an effective blocker that has first strike and just in case it did not kill the creature you can tac on the extra damage.

Also after a block and not using the ability you can ping your opponent. Who need vigilance anyways when you have this combo.

Yeah, Krowbar... I actually meant to post the Elder but when the goblin came up, I was cool with it... I actually have both in the deck.

i like blade of the bloodchief for this too. kill a X/1. X/2, X/3. and you can pump it simply by killing your opponents creatures or using some green pump spells.

nice combo.
