Have curio, fastbond, and crossroads out, play crossroads 2, return crossroads 1, and repeat!

Add in amulet of vigor or stone seeder heirophant for infinite mana!

The seeder and/or vigor wouldn't be needed if you had plains in your deck. The two life would pay for both lands coming into play, so your life total wouldn't go steadily down but hover in place.

Alternatively, for bigger gains, you can throw out a bunch of Glimmerposts (as well as Cloudposts and Vesuvas) and do this process with those—with four of each, you can bring the same two Glimmerposts for eleven life a pop (twelve when a Glimmerpost enters, less one because of Fastbond).

I suppose you do have a point there... by the way, good call on optionally adding the Hierophant. Infinite life is great in itself, but infinite life and white mana is better.
