This combo is the same as the oblivion ring removal, but for cards in hand, not permanants in play already.

This would not work because when you return the Sculler to your hand, their card would return to their hand.

You could enchant Tidehollow Sculler with followed footsteps,or use soul foundry to kill an opponents hand, just an idea. Could make for a fun hand kill theme.
