i've always wondered about this. once you are at 0 life with the unlife, any loss of life beyond is converted to poison damage right?

No. Damage counts as loss of life. Loss of life does not count as damage. It's like life loss is a rectangle whilst damage is like a square. Squares are always rectangles, but rectangles aren't always squares.

Please if someone is certain of this, explain to me, i'm very curious about it.
The Ad Nauseam says that you can repeat the process writed before it many times you want. I understand that the process is "Reveal the top card of your library and put that card in your hand. You lose life equal to its card converted mana cost". So, for each card drawed, this process must happens. Since Phyrexian Unlife is in play, you don't lose the game for have 0 life or minus, but when it comes to 0, you receive the damage as poison counters.
So, my question is: You lose life each time time that you make the process, or independent of how many times you repeat the process, you lose all the life, acumulated, in only one time?

You lose life each time you do it, and you dont get poison because its life loss not damage!

using angel's grace or platinum emperion nets you the same effect, does it not?

yes but the angel's grace will prevent you from losing the game when ad nauseam makes your life 0 so you can still draw out your whole deck
