Use Chronatogs ability during your opponents turns. He can't untap and mills himself. And you don't even play!

Frozen Aether over kismet. I've tried running this combo for a long time and it just doesn't work with two colors, too complicated, even though trade caravan is possibly the best white statis helper ever created.

Thats just wrong! None of those cards are mana intensive! It most definitely works in 2 colors! (Plus access to enlightened tutor!) Also trade caravan is entirely irrelevant!
