The donated Recycle negates the opponent's draw step. The flashed mindslicer insures that they never draw a card again (aside from what is possible from what the have on the board before the combo goes off).
The reason I used flash-mindslicer is so the deck doesn't need to play black mana (you flash mindslicer so that it dies). Yes this does mean that you lose your hand too, but at least yours will grow back, theirs won't. I also wasn't sure about flash's timing for myojin of the night's reach's divinity counter removal.
If you feel the need to play blue, green, AND black, you can cut the combo down to three cards by just using recycle, donate, and mind rot(sorcery, opponent discards two cards), though I find it more risky.

you can make it BU by using null profusion-black version of recycle
