Read rules for Bounty of the Hunt
You may exile a green card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost. Distribute three +1/+1 counters among one, two, or three target creatures. For each +1/+1 counter you put on a creature this way, remove a +1/+1 counter from that creature at the beginning of the next cleanup step.

1 - Put Manaplasm in play
2 - In the next turn, remove a green card from your hand to pay for Bounty of the Hunt, the Manaplasm will get +8/+8 due to Bounty casting cost and three +1/+1 counters.
3 - In sequence, cast Berserk in Manaplasm, he will get +10/+10 and trample

4 - Attack for a 20/10 trample creature.
5 - Cast Fling in Manaplasm for more 20 direct damage points.
Also, you can exchange Fling for Soul's Fire, 1 more mana, but 23 direct damage.

EDIT: @Gregorius: Many thanks man! I had this question in my head, but while posting, I decided to go with the wrong version! Thanks for correct.

A thought occurs—Manaplasm's ability triggers immediately when you play any spell. Berserk's ability doubles a creature's power, but a target has to be chosen prior to that to activate it, right?

So, if I'm imagining this correctly, by order of events... Manaplasm comes into play (1/1), then you discard a card to play Bounty of the Hunt (1/1 → 9/9), Berserk goes on the stack (9/9 → 10/10), and then Berserk's ability triggers (10/10 → 20/10).
