Pretty obvious.

The cards read as follows:

Mana Reflection - If you tap a permanent for mana, it produces twice as much mana instead.

Quillspike - 1G/B - Remove a -1/-1 counter from a creature you control: quillspike gets +3/+3 until end of turn.

Devoted Druid - Tap to add 1G to your mana pool.
Put a -1/-1 counter on Devoted Druid: Untap Devoted druid.

You have mana reflection, quillspike and devoted druid in play. When you tap devoted druid for 1G mana she now produces 2G due to mana reflection. Untap her to add a -1/-1 counter, and since you have 2 mana now you use 1 for quillspike to eat the -1/-1, which in turn makes quillspike bigger and leaving you 1G mana each time you due this. Due this as many times as needed.

I understand where you are going but adding mana reflection causes you to mana burn yourself since devoted druid produces enough mana to trigger quillspikes ability.
