I don't know, but this probably was already posted... all players that play standard probably know it. Anyway, this is only an option for BebopDaBebop:
Have Suture and Leonin Relic in play, so play the Metamorph as a copy of Leonin, this will result on an infinite enter/exit the battlefield engine. As long Suture is in play, you will get infinite life.
Other add that would upgrade this combo is add a Felidar Sovereign, that obviously will end the game.

Metamorph comes into play as a copy of Relic-Warder, Metamorph's exile an artifact triggers, choose Metamorph as a target, it leaves play triggering its return that exiled artifact to play, it comes back starting everything over again. And Suture Priest capitalizes off of it each time it comes into play.

make sure you have something to allow you to stop the combo, or the game ends in a draw (according to wizards of the coast) for any infinite loops

@Draco: I had the same mistake the first time I viewed this combo too, but look:
"You MAY HAVE Phyrexian Metamorph enter.....". You're not forced to do, it's an option ;D
