Have Maelstrom Archangel and Manaplasm in play! Attack with the Archangel and cast Gleemax for free! Manaplasm gets a million-point power and toughness boost!

You need something else, this doesn't make sense as is. Angel deals the damage during combat phase, then your in second main with a giant creature that loses his bonus at the end of the turn. Try adding in something that grants another main phase and something to give the Manaplasm trample.

Hmmm... I suppose something like Breath of Fury or Relentless Assault is in order then... unless...

...could I, in theory, give the Archangel first strike? It attacks before every other creature, Gleemax gets cast directly after, then Manaplasm gets its million-point bonus and attacks after the Archangel.

also, you need something to give your boy trample.  it could still be chump blocked.
